About Us

This Is Our Story

Elite Emission Products, established in 2015, was inspired by a global catalyst coating and manufacturing company that was in operation for over 30 years; or more accurately, inspired by the people who worked there.

In 2015, that company decided to close their Canadian operation and one of the many long-time employees, Mark Kopsala, set out to start his own company. That company’s employees were dedicated and passionate: a trait that Mark could not ignore. He saw the foundation that led to the development of Elite Emission Products.

It didn’t take long for word to spread, and more and more customers came knocking on our door. Fast forward a couple of years and Elite Emission Products has grown to over 20 employees, with over 100 years of industry experience, and a customer base spanning the globe.

The combination of dedication, experience and the satisfaction of success drive our business. Providing the best in customer service is our passion!

“Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do.” — Steve Jobs

Things we do

Custom Catalyst Development

We offer a wide range of pre-engineered Precious Group Metal (PGM) & Base Metal (BM) catalysts for various fuel types. In-house designers can custom tailor package design to meet cavity and exhaust plumbing requirements. Catalyst loading’s can be modified to meet specific emission reduction requirements.

Catalytic Converter Canning

An important aspect of any exhaust system is performance and durability. A catalytic converter, and even more so a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) require a very robust design. Diesel catalysts are often exposed to high temperatures, thermal shock, mechanical vibration, high back pressure and other harsh conditions.

Metal Fabrication

Elite is a 20,000 sq ft state-of-the art ISO compliant manufacturing facility utilizing the latest in 3D CAD technology. CNC Machinery including Spinning, Roll Forming and Plasma Cutting operated by highly trained employees with over 50 years of experience. On-site Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) inspection capabilities ensure the final products are built to the exact tolerances required.
